The TA530 Time and Data Terminal can record employee time, monitor productivity and maintain inventory in restaurants, hospitals and health care facilities, banks, manufacturing facilities, retail businesses and the hospitality industry.
The TA530 functions as a simple collection point for employee information. It can be linked to a variety of existing computer networks in your organization to complement the management information systems you already have in place.
By automating your data collection process, you eliminate the manpower and mistakes associates with conventional time cards thereby reducing payroll costs and payroll
errors.
The TA530 automatically transfers data to your computer that in turn reports data by employee or by department, totals both hours and wages, determines labor costs and more.
The TA530 guarantees accurate, reliable input. Employees simply enter information through the TA530’s keypad, or by swiping a magnetic-striped badge or bar code. Employee feedback is provided through audible accept/reject tones and displayed messages.
The TA530 is constructed of diecast metal, pound for pound stronger than steel, yet lightweight and attractive. Its silicone rubber keypad creates a watertight seal against the outside elements. And the TA530’s internal lithium battery keeps your data safe and the time and
calendar accurate even if the power is out for weeks.

Signal Control Relay
With signal control relay the TA530 can automatically ring bells, open doors, unlock entry/exit turnstiles, etc.
Transaction Print Option
The Transaction Print Option allows the TA530 to be hooked to a serial printer allowing you to print hard copy reports at the terminal for better record keeping.
Bar Code Wand
With the bar code wand, employees can easily input data from various
sources.
Battery Backup
With the additional of the external battery backup, all terminal
functions remain 100% operational in the even power is removed.
